I can't always drink smoothies, I was looking for something to quench my thirst. Used up some fruits we got at the farmer's market last weekend. Definitely refreshing!

I wanted to keep a collection of Vitamix recipes I try out in one place, so here it is! My goal is to use my Vitamix at least once a day. Some recipes will probably be from Vitamix themselves (book or website) and others will be ones that I make up along the way. I hope you can find this blog useful :)

Apple Banana Sweet Potato Smoothie
I am not a breakfast person, but everyone knows the morning meal is the most important, right? Other than a coffee, I don't make time to prepare something for myself. I tried this out today with some leftovers I had in my fridge, and it was so delicious and easy. It's pretty good considering I am not a fan of banana and sweet potato! I found the recipe on the Vitamix website, and I modified it with what I had on hand.
